Shipping Policy

We do not accept international orders or we will not ship to international address.

 

Backorder Policy

 Any items back ordered will be noted.  Items that fall below our minimum order or cannot be shipped within 15 days will be cancelled.

 

Damaged Goods

If any items are missing or damaged from the cartoon(s).  Please report this to us within 5 days of the receipt of shipment.  If you receive damaged or opened carton(s), a seperate claim must be filed with the carrier within 5 days.  Be sure to sign "subject to inspection and verification" upopn receipt of such carton(s).

 

Any boxes arriving damaged or open must be reported to the carrier immediately.  Shortages must be reported to us within 5 buisness days of receipt of shipment or no credit can be given.

 

Returns

Please call for approval and return authorization nmuber.  When returning products please include the following information:  Return Authorization Number,Invoice number and date,Customer Number, Product Number, and Reason for return.

 

We will be happy to replace or credit items that are defective or shipped in error.  ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
